Born and raised in Creston, Chad is proud to call the Kootenays home and to serve the community where he has built both his career and family life. Before entering real estate, Chad was self-employed for over 12 years, operating Kootenay Crate Co. and providing estate clean-up, moving coordination, and liquidation services. This hands-on business background gives him a practical understanding of property preparation, transitions, and the details that matter when buying or selling a home.

Chad also brings experience as a licensed home inspector for several years, offering valuable insight into construction, maintenance, and property condition — an added benefit for clients navigating inspections and negotiations.

Well known in the community, Chad volunteers with local slo-pitch, youth baseball, and other sports programs, and believes strongly in giving back to the town that has given so much to him and his family.
