Gavin grew up in Fernie BC where he spent the first 26 years of his life. He then spent a few years living in Kelowna BC and eventually relocated back to Cranbrook in 2017 and has been practicing in real estate ever since. He personally bought and sold various properties along the way which ultimately led to him making a career change to the real estate industry. Since then, he has been a productive full-time real estate agent having helped many people in different phases of life achieve their real estate goals. He has a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of buying and selling residential real estate, as well as multi-family, recreational, and acreage properties. He’s also done some work in the commercial field. Gavin now focuses his attention on his role as Managing Broker at Royal Lepage East Kootenay Realty where he helps oversee real estate transactions, keeps agents up to date on the ever-changing real estate environment, and trains up and coming real estate professionals.
