I’m Kaytee Sharun—a born-and-raised Kootenay girl with deep roots in Cranbrook and a huge love for this community.

With my entire family still here, I feel lucky every day to live, work, and play in a place that offers so much. I grew up skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and playing just about every sport you can imagine—which gave me a strong connection to the people and the lifestyle that make the Kootenays so special.

I’ve been in real estate since 2012, working alongside my incredible colleague and business partner, Jason Wheeldon, for nearly my entire career. I’ve always had a love for homes—whether it’s a charming character property, a unique custom build, or a bright, modern new construction. I bring a sharp eye for design, a vision for potential, and a fresh, strategic approach to marketing that helps my clients make confident, exciting moves.

Beyond buying and selling, I’ve taken on leadership roles within our industry. I’ve proudly served on the Kootenay Real Estate Board, as a Director for the Association of Interior REALTORS®, and later as the Association’s President. These experiences have given me a strong grasp of organized real estate—from the “why” behind the rules to the evolving trends shaping our profession.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me giving back to the community I love. I volunteer wherever I can, help run our annual soccer tournament with a fantastic team, and have even hosted local business awards. Coaching youth sports and staying involved in community initiatives keeps me grounded and connected.

At home, I’m lucky to have an amazing husband who works in education, and we share life with our two awesome dogs who keep us on our toes and outdoors as much as possible.
