Dave Clarke

Dave is a proud lifelong resident of Kimberley, having grown up in the community he continues to call home. A third-generation Kimberley Dynamiter, he dedicated much of his early years to hockey, including the opportunity to play overseas before earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge in 2004.  

With years of experience as a Realtor, Dave brings a strong foundation of local knowledge, market insight, and a proven commitment to his clients. His deep roots in the Kimberley area, combined with a genuine understanding of the Kootenay lifestyle, allow him to provide thoughtful guidance to both buyers and sellers. Dave approaches every transaction with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication. His strong work ethic and client-first mindset have helped him build lasting relationships based on trust and results. 

When he’s not working with clients, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Together, they take full advantage of the Kootenays—hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, and making memories at their family cabin at Wasa Lake.
