Paula Smith

Paula Smith was born in Campbellton, New Brunswick. She spent a number of years in Montreal, Quebec and moved to Elkford, British Columbia in the early 70's. In that time, she and her husband, John, raised a family, met many people from all walks of life, and have participated in many activities including skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, camping, and curling. They love the area with all of the friendly people, majestic mountains, and never-ending scenery.
Paula has several years of experience in sales, starting in August 1994 with Fording Coal. She was involved with their condo sales of the Keys and Fisher Buildings. The following year she worked in sales with Courtenay Developments on the Elk Valley Vista Project. She was also in sales with Fording for the Boivin Condo Project in 1999.
At ths point, it seemed natural that she should pursue a license in real estate. Paula completed her Property Management Program through the University of B.C. in 1999, and then took the Salesperson program, finishing in December of 2001. She then worked for a local real estate agency until August 2003.
Now employed with Royal Lepage, Paula is able to meet all of your real estate needs in a professional manner. In 2004, she received the prestigious 'President's Gold' Award from Royal Lepage for being the top 6th-10th percentile of her market's sales earnings. Paula welcomes referrals to the Elkford area and can assure excellence in her service.
