Wayne is a long time resident of Cranbrook.  His experience gained through years of self-employment in the building industry lead him to become a licensed Realtor in 1992.  He is known for his attention to detail and superior negotiating skills.  Wayne and his wife Sue work as a team to provide complete real estate service to their clients.
