Vic moved to Cranbrook with his family in 1996, and after 25 years in the financial services industry he joined his wife Debbie Ritchie in Real Estate in March of 2005.

Assisting clients in realizing their dreams, whether they are buying their first home, a new home, a lot, acreage, or a revenue property, is the best part of being a realtor.  Vic wants to make the buying and selling of real estate as enjoyable, professional and straight forward as possible.

 Vic enjoys promoting the East Kootenays, and is especially proud that his in-laws relocated here shortly after visiting.

Mountains and lakes surround our two main cities of Cranbrook and Kimberley. The countryside is populated with varied and abundant wildlife, and is honeycombed with trails making them both ideal communities. When not working, Vic enjoys spending time with family and exploring all the East Kootenays has to offer. Vic is also past President of the local Big Foot Running Club (two terms).  Yes, you may have seen him in a few local running races or triathlons as a competitor or volunteer.
