Dave grew up in Kimberley and for more than forty years he has enjoyed living in the beautiful Bavarian City of the Rockies.

After working for twenty years as a carpenter and builder, Dave began upgrading his education and spent five years working for the government as a Real Estate Appraiser. This experience has given Dave an extensive market knowledge of the entire Columbia and Kootenay valley.
